All you need is your TYME product, video chat, and 30 minutes! Here is your step-by-step guide to everything you need to know to get the most out of your StyleTYME session.



How to Prepare for a StyleTYME
  1. Email us here so we can help you locate your sales order number.
  2. Download the latest version of FaceTime, Google Hangouts, or Skype so that you can connect with your stylist.

  3. Set up your device (Cell Phone, Laptop, or Tablet) in front of a mirror to prepare for your scheduled call.
  4. Have your hair clean and prepped with your TYME Iron ready.
